˙⟡ EVERY DAY WITH THE MUSAS IS DIFFERENT, BUT THE RHYTHM USUALLY FEELS LIKE THIS:
Mornings begin with yoga and meditation, gently awakening the body.
We share a delicious, nourishing breakfast made with intention and love.
We dive into a creative workshop: herbalism, art, conscious rituals or guided exploration with micros.
There is free time to enjoy nature (our eternal muse ;) — rest, walk or simply be.
We have lunch together in presence and gratitude.
Some afternoons open up to therapeutic experiences such as horse connection or somatic practices.
Skin and beauty rituals.
As the sun sets, we gather for the Ritual of the Musas — an intimate space of presence and celebration. Cacao, dance & celebration.
We dine beautifully… dishes framed with beauty, sharing appetizers and desserts that celebrate the pleasure of being alive.
We close the day with sound healing or an evening of wine and poetry that sparks conversations among women of the new era.
